There is a lip base but not a nose one? Seriously I hate this drawing more with every moment, but...

As for noses...I usually just do a "u" sort of shape or a triangular one, but it never hurts to look at references when you want to get something right. ^^ I usually look up pictures of Stella (because she's my favorite Winx girl xD) and go off of some of her designs, to some extent~
